Peanut Baked Pork Chops
– 1/2 cup milk
– 4-3/4″ thick pork chops
– 1 packet Spicy Peanut Bake
– Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
– In a small bowl, place milk.
– Moisten each pork chop well with milk.
– In a plastic bag, pour Spicy Peanut Bake.
– Shake each pork chop in the bag with the Spicy Peanut Bake until well coated.
– Place in oven proof baking dish, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
– Sprinkle any excess Spicy Peanut Bake over top of pork chops.
– Bake until done, about 35-40 minutes.
